• Content you generate or upload – prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, callback URLs, and any feedback sent to hi@soravideo.art.
• Support communications – questions, bug reports, or other information you share with our team.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

• Authenticate users and provide core Sora 2 rendering functionality.
• Process payments, manage credit balances, and send transactional notifications.
• Improve model quality, queue management, and product reliability.
• Detect abuse, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

4. External Services and Data Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Services, including but not limited to Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (asset storage), Firecrawl (web content analysis), and analytics providers enabled in your environment.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

• Account information is kept while your account remains active and for as long as required to comply with legal obligations.
• Generated media and prompts may be retained for product improvement and support, unless you request deletion where feasible.
• Logs are typically retained for up to 24 months unless longer retention is required for security, auditing, or regulatory reasons.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss. Despite these efforts, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Transfers

SoraVideo is operated from the United States. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed in countries where privacy laws may differ from your own.

8. Your Choices

• You may update account details within the dashboard settings.
• You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in such communications.
