1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of SoraVideo.art and any tools, APIs, or content we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or submitting prompts, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. When registering, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or acceptable use standards.

3. Credits and Billing

Access to Sora 2 video generation is governed by credit balances or subscription plans. Credits are deducted per render (currently 20 credits per Sora 2 video) and expire according to the package description. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to process charges in accordance with the plan or credit package you select. Taxes may be added where required.

4. Generated Content and Ownership

You retain rights to outputs you generate, subject to any third-party model usage policies. You represent and warrant that prompts, uploads, and generated media do not infringe the rights of others. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to process, store, and display that content as needed to provide the Services.

We may temporarily store prompts, uploads, and outputs to improve quality, monitor abuse, and provide support. We do not claim ownership over your results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Create content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.
Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Services.
Misrepresent affiliation with SoraVideo or remove our required notices.

We reserve the right to investigate and suspend accounts engaged in abusive activity.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and software comprising the Services remain the property of SoraVideo. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify any portion of the Services except as permitted under these Terms.

8. Feedback

If you share ideas or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free licence to use them without obligation for compensation.

9. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoraVideo disclaims all warranties, express or implied. SoraVideo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to SoraVideo in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
